Windows 11 has gone through various changes since it was first released, and the company is always testing new features in the Beta and Dev channels.
Speaking of new features, a new Game Pass recommendation card was spotted in the newest build, so let’s see what it does.
Insiders Build 22635.3500 now has Game Pass recommendations
The Build 22635.3500 for Windows 11 has just been released to the Beta channel and it brings some changes, such as a hidden Sign out button in the Start menu.
Sharing has been improved as well, allowing you to email yourself from the Share window. That’s not all as Microsoft has introduced a Game Pass recommendation card.
You can find this card on the Settings app homepage, and it will appear to you only if actively play games on your PC. We still don’t know exactly how this feature will work, but currently, it works as an ad for Game Pass.
Do keep in mind that the Settings homepage will only appear if you’re on Home or Pro edition and signed in with a Microsoft account, which means the majority of personal users.
Not too many users are pleased with this feature since it’s essentially a giant link for Game Pass. This feature is slowly rolling out to the Beta channel, and we hope that in the final release, Microsoft will give us the option to hide it.
This update also has certain issues, and many reported that the Settings app crashes when copying text, but Microsoft is already looking into it.
